What documents will you need?

Providing fast and efficient service requires having the necessary documents.  Please take a moment to review the following items. Providing these documents to your home loan professional in a timely manner will allow our team to better serve you and your family.
  • Past two (2) years W-2 statements
  • Pay stubs covering the last (30) thirty days
  • Two most recent monthly bank statements - ALL PAGES
  • Most recent quarterly statement of 401K, IRA, or mutual fund accounts
  • Copy of the purchase contract (if available)
  • If you are currently renting… either 12 months canceled rent checks or the name, address and phone number of your current landlord
  • If divorced… a fully executed divorce decree and separation agreement
  • For a refinance... a copy of the deed, declaration page(s) of homeowners insurance, and most recent tax bill
  • A letter of explanation for any known credit issues
  • Two (2) years signed personal tax returns - including all schedules
  • If self-employed, last two years corporate returns
Different programs require varying amounts of documentation. The loan program you select may require more or less documentation.
