From start to finish, I knew that we had gone with a great company and got paired up with an experienced and knowledgeable loan officer. She took special care to be mindful of my particular situation using a VA loan and helping me find a budget that worked for my wife and I. She answered any questions along the way and was accessible at a moment's notice for the last minute details. Everything was squared away and in fact early due to the seller's situation which was no problem for Michelle and Tidewater Home Funding. A larger company might not have been able to accommodate that. All in all, I highly recommend Tidewater Home Funding and ask to see Michelle Phillips! She will take care of you!
