Fixed Mortgage Rates Move Slightly Higher, But Still At Record Lows

Fixed mortgage rates moved up slightly to 3.42% (30-Yr FRM) according to the Freddie Mac Weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey.  The 15-Yr FRM moved to 2.71%.  However, these rates remain historically low, and continue to provide a positive environment of highly affordable mortgage rates.  This trend should keep aiding the ever improving housing market.
