Average Mortgage Rates Continue to Drop Near Record Lows

According to today's Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®), average fixed mortgage rates moved lower for the third consecutive week.  The 3.41% rate is the lowest weekly average since mid-January of this year.  The 15-Yr fixed rate mortage average (2.64%) and 5/1-Yr ARM (2.60%) also dropped for the third consecutive week, and lowest levels of 2013.
