The Virginian-Pilot reported that the Hampton Roads real estate market has gotten off to a good start in 2013. According to numbers provided by Real Estate Information Network, Inc., previously owned home sales jumped 13 percent in January year-over-year data. The median sale price for those homes also jumped ten percent over those sold in January 2012.
