In her role as a licensed mortgage professional and 203K Program Coordinator, Lori is dedicated to helping homebuyers with all their residential needs. Living in the Hampton Roads community for over 20 years, she has extensive experience working with both local and national banks, and credit unions. Walder collaborates with the production team to manage the upfront requirements for renovation loan programs. Prior to joining us, Lori served as a Marketing Representative for a local title agency. She operates from our Corporate office, located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake, and serves customers throughout South Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina.
